When developing or updating your business plan it is important to understand the markets you intend to enter. You can start to develop that understanding by reviewing available statistics. Then you can follow the Newsletter to keep track of how things are changing. That way you will be able to plan ahead and avoid the necessity of quickly reacting when your sales start to fall.
- Statistics from the U.S. Department of Agriculture:
