All the Rain Promises and More . . . by David Arora

This is a great little book for identifying many common species in the wild. Beyond that, the book is fun - certainly an odd attribute for a mushroom ID book! Humerous stories add depth to the descriptions and photographs and show how mushroom pickers are a really great group of people.
